SRI.K.T.SIDHIQ: PRESIDENT

 

       Complainant and opposite parties represented that the matter is settled and filed a joint statement.  As per the joint statement the following order is passed.

  The complainant shall pay the defaulted monthly instalments ie ` 48659/- in 3 instalments.  The complainant shall issue 3 post dated cheques towards the  said instalments.  The opposite party shall waive the overdue charges such as CBC and LPP on collection of the above amount as per the  post dated cheques  aforementioned.  The balance amount unpaid by the complainant shall be paid @     ` 2455/- per month in 104 monthly instalments commencing from 30/7/11 and ending on 29/2/2020.  The complainant shall give standing instruction to the opposite party bank or any other bank for making the payment of remaining monthly instalments as mentioned above.  Failing which opposite party can recover the amount as per the terms and conditions of the agreement  executed by the complainant.
