Case record is put up to-day as there was no quorum since 19.042021. Complainant had filed a petition on dtd.22.06.2021 through his Advocate stating that the Complainant does not want to proceed the aforementioned case against the Opposites parties, hence seeking for permission to withdraw the C.C.Case.
