                                         The case is posted today for hearing as 05.03.17 being holiday. The Complainant is absent on repeated calls, takes no steps today. O.P also absent. On perusal of the record, it is seen that the Complainant remained absent from 03.08.15 to 19.04.16 & taken no steps. Then Complainant has taken time for hearing on 28.06.16 & 09.11.16. Further, Complainant & O.Ps were absent on 28.12.16. The Complainant has not taken any interest to proceed this case further. In the above circumstances, the case is dismissed for default of the Complainant.
