Today is fixed for filing show-cause by the Complainant. But the Complainant is found absent on call. The record shows that 13.12.2019, 16.01.2020, 20.02.2020, 27.03.2020, 21.07.2020, 29.09.2020, 10.12.2020, 04.02.2021, 08.03.2021, 29.06.2021, 27.11.2021, 27.01.2022, 19.04.2022, 15.06.2022 were fixed for filing evidence by the Complainant. But inspite of that the Complainant had not filed evidence. The record further shows that 15.09.2022, 05.01.2023, 31.01.2023, 15.05.2023 and today i.e., 19.07.2023 were fixed for filing show-cause by the Complaiannt for not complying the order of this District Commission. The Complainant is still found absent on call today. The conduct of the Complainant as appears from the materials on record shows that she is not at all interested in this case. It clearly indicates the Complainant has not merit in this case. Such being the position we are of the view that the instant case is liable to be dismissed on merit. Hence it is Ordered that the instant complaint case bearing No.CC/125/2019 be and the same is dismissed on merit but under the circumstances without costs. Let plain copy of this order be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand /by post under proper acknowledgment as per rules, for information and necessary action.
