              Learned Advocate on behalf of Complainant files a withdrawal petition stating that he does not want to proceed the case any more as the present dispute is mutually settled between the parties out side of the court. Hence, pray for permission to withdraw the same.

               In view of the said petition filed by the complainant the present dispute is withdrawn being compromised. Accordingly C.C. is closed.
