ORDER

                                                                                     JUDGMENT

            Complainant filed a memo stating that he has only grievance regarding non issue of No Dues Certificate (NOC) from the opposite parties. Notice was issued to the opposite parties by Regd. Post on 06.10.2018 but they did not appear and both the opposite parties are set ex-parte on 03.01.2021.

            Taking into consideration of limited prayer of the complainant and perusing the document filed by the complainant, we direct the opposite parties to issue no dues certificate to the complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of order provided there is no pending dues from the complainant. If the opposite parties fails to issue no dues certificate within 45 days then the opposite parties shall pay cost of Rs.3,000/- to the complainant. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
