                    Complainant and Op. no.1 file lawyer’s hazira. Op.no.2 paid a cheque of Rs.8,500/- bearing no.201294 dated 20/03/13 and Rs.500/- in cash to the complainant. After receiving total amount of Rs.9,000/- the complainant filed a petition praying for disposal of the case.
