Today the present complaint is fixed for tendering evidence by complainant with last opportunity be neither the complainant nor any Advocate/Authorized Representative has appeared on her behalf. It is already 1 P.M. Let, case be again called after lunch.

                                      Case has been called several times again but neither complainant nor any Advocate/Authorized Representative has appeared on her behalf wherefrom it is presumed that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. It us already 3.30P.M. Accordingly, we have no option except to dismiss the present complaint. Hence the presentcomplaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution.  File be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
