22.03.2021                The case record is put up today on the strength of put up petition filed by the complainant. The case is fixed on dtd.03.05.2021 for filing of version by O.P. The O.P. is absent on call repeatedly. No steps taken on his behalf till date. The Complainant is present along with his advocate and files petition in shape of affidavit which was accepted.  The complainant do not want proceed the case further as both the parties are settled out side the District commission. Hence, the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

                                    In view of withdraw petition, the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.
