07.02.2020                The case record is put up on the strength of put up petition filed by the parties. The case is fixed on dtd.24.2.2020 for filing of version. The Complainant is  present personally and files memo along with document  which was accepted.  Both the parties have prayed that the case has been settled outside the forum amicably. The complainant orally prayed that he do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

                                    As the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.
