Persued the case record and found that the complainant is having multiple vehicles and uses for commercial purpose. The complainant has filed two nos of cases i.e., 194/23 & 195/23. The contentions of the Ops are found to be true and correct. The complainant has not come to the commission with clean hands. Hence, this case is not maintainable and dismissed on contest.
