Perused the case record and found that the complainant has multiple vehicles and he uses the vehicles for commercial purpose. The complainant has filed two nos. of C.C. Case i.e. 115 of 2022 and 56 of 2023. The contention of the Ops are found correct. As the vehicles are used for commercial purpose as not maintainable. The complainant has not come to the Commission with clean hand. As such this case is not maintainable and dismissed on contest.

         Order pronounced in open court on this 2^nd Day of February, 2024.
