The Learned counsel for both the parties are present and filed a compromise petition stating therein that both the parties have settled their dispute amicably  with certain term & condition i.e. 1.the complainant shall pay the outstanding 6 nos of EMI @12220/- i.e. 73320/- and Rs.10,000/- towards outstanding amount of other charges 2. the O.P shall release the vehicle vide Regn. No.OD08P 2768  Swift Dzire forthwith on receiving of the said amount with the same condition as it was on the date of re-possession 3.Further  the complainant shall pay the EMI regularly without any fail and prayed to accept the compromise petition as both the parties does not want to proceed any more in this case.

Heard the parties present . It is ascertained that both the parties are agreed upon to the term & condition as stated above. In view of the above said settlement the compromise petition is allowed. Both the parties are directed to acted upon the terms of the compromise petition . Case is disposed of accordingly.
