                   Today the case is fixed for consideration on the statement made by the complainant on 02.02.2024.                  

                   Heard.The counsel for complainant has made a statement before this Commission that he wants to withdraw the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn. His statement in this regard recorded separately on 02.02.2024.

                    In view of above statement of counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant shall be bound by his own statement. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of costs.
