This case record is fixed today for filing of written version by the ops. Complainant stating that, the present dispute has amicably settled between the parties outside of the Forum. Hence, the complainant does not want to proceed the case any further against the ops and seeking permission to withdraw the same. Heard the petition filed by the complainant. It is allowed. In view of the said petition filed by both parties jointly, the present C.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
