Case has been fixed to Dtd.25.04.2019 for filing of written version and objection by the Opposite parties. On the strength of put up petition filed by the Complainant the case record is advanced to-day. Complainant files a petition through his Advocate stating that, the present dispute has been mutually settled between the parties outside of the Forum; hence, the complainant does not want to proceed the case any further against the OPs. Further the Complainant seeking permission to withdraw the case. Heard the petition filed by the Complainant. It is allowed. Permission for withdrawal of the case is allowed. In view of the said petition filed by the complainant the present dispute is disposed of being withdrawal.
