Case record is put up to-day and the Learned Advocate for the Complainant as well as OP are present and files a joint memo stating that the present dispute has already amicable settled between the parties outside of this Commission thus they do not want to proceed with the case further and the instant case may be dropped/closed accordingly. In view of said petition the Case is dropped.
