The case is placed before the National Lok Adalat.

Final process of settlement is to be finalized within a fortnight. The settled amount is Rs.2,40,000/- which the O.P. will pay to the Complainant within a fortnight.

That the case is disposed of on full and final settlement subject to compliance with the stipulated period in default execution process will follow.
