The complainant Rahimuddin @ Md. Rahimuddin is present by filing hazira. The Ld. Advocate for the O.P is also present. Both sides filed a joint petition of compromise stating that the case has been amicably settled in between the parties on terms and condition mentioned in the compromise petition.

The complainant is examined and his cross examination is declined and he is discharged as P.W.1. From the evidence of P.W.1 and the compromise petition it is clear that the case has been settled down in between the parties on compromise by amicable settlement. The terms and condition of the compromise is legal, valid and proper. Therefore, the compromise is accepted. Hence,

That the case be and the same is disposed of in terms of compromise. The solenama petition do form part of the order.
