                                         It is stated in the memo that there is no contact with the complainant by his Advocate since long. Thus, hearing of the case impaired. In the above facts and circumstances of the case, it is presumed that the complainant has no interest to prosecute his own case. Considering the nature & conduct of the complainant, this Commission feels it proper to accept the memo of his Advocate for disposal of the case.   

                                         Accordingly, the complaint of the complainant is disposed of. The memo filed by Advocate for the complainant is also disposed of.
