             The Complainant is absent without taking any step.

            It appears from the C/R that one petition has been filed by the OP/Ban as to the settlement of the disputes between the parties but there is no signature of the Complainant.

         In this premises, this Forum directed the Complainant on several dates for reporting as to the settlement but none appeared on behalf of the Complainant on three consecutive dates.  Today also, no step has been taken by the Complainant. No reply of the show cause as per order dated 31.01.17 has been filed by the Complainant.

             In this premises, we have no other alternative but to dismiss the complaint.

             Hence, this complaint be and the same is dismissed for default. No order as to cost.
