The disputes between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties have settled the case. The O.Ps have agreed to take initiative to obtain a duplicate policy deed from LICI after observing all formalities and after obtaining the same they will hand over the policy deed to the petitioners. O.Ps are also agreed to issue the NOC regarding payment of all dues of loan. So, according with the consent of the parties the matter has been settled amicably and the O.Ps are directed to comply the above matter as they agreed within one month from this date. Both parties are hereby directed to inform this Commission regarding compliance of the settlement as and when takes place within a month.
