The Complainants neither file show cause nor turn up on repeated calls. It is 1.10 p.m now. The case will be call further at 1.45 p.m if Forum is not otherwise busy. Inform in open court. Later - It is 1.45 p.m now. None appears for the Complainants on repeated calls and no show cause is filed. As such we hold that the Complainants are not willing to proceed with the case at all and this case is liable to be dismissed. Hence, Ordered, That the case is dismissed for default with cost of Rs.1,000/- payable to the O.P Bank. Let the copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost.
