Complainant and his advocate and OP No.1 present filed joint memo stated that the matter has been settled out of forum and the OP No.1 has deposited a loan amount sanctioned to the complainant and OP No.1 has produced the statement of A/C.

further stated that,the complainant is not intend to press the case,Hence the case of complainant dismissed as not press in view of joint memo,Hence complainant is dismissed as not press.
