                          The case is advanced today on the strength of advance petition.  The case  in hand is the allegation of deficiency of service by the O.P on account of closure of the fixed deposits etc in the name of deceased father Sunil Kumar Das and not rereleasing the said amount in favor of the complainant who is the nominee for which the complainant sort redressal.

                   The dispute between the parties having been settled after filing of case before this Commission by the complainant which evidenced the memo dtd.24.9.24.

                   The complainant having subsequently been satisfied by examining the complainant as to his voluntary act to be withdrawn vis-à-vis the truth of the averments of the said memo dtd.24.09.24.

                   Both parties are present.  The B.M., Central Bank of India, Parlakhemundi Branch represented on behalf of O.P.  Being asked the B.M., CBI, Parlakhemundi specifically submitted that the grievance of the complainant has already been redressed. 

                   In the result this Commission in the interest of Justice allows the complainant to withdraw the case and in the circumstances of this case without any cost.

                   The Complaint stands accordingly disposed off as withdrawn.

                   A copy of this order be provided to all the parties with free of cost as mandatory as C.P.Act-2019 or they may down load the same on http://www.confonet.nic.in to treat the same as if copy of the order received from this Commission.

                   The Judgment be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

      File be consigned in record room along with the copy of the Judgment.
