          This complaint is coming on before us for hearing today, this commission made the following order in open court :

          No representation for both. This complaint is posted today for appearance of 2^nd complainant or for dismissal.

          There are two complainants, both complainants died, thereafter the Legalheirs of the 2^nd complainant impleaded. After impleadment of Legalheirs, there is no representation for legalheirs of 2^nd complainant. Sine notice sent to the legalheirs of 2^nd complainant and the same was received by the legalheirs of the 2^nd complainant, there is not representation today. Hence the complaint is dismissed.
