Ld. Advocate appearing for the OP files mutation certificate (original), tax receipt and original deed dated 18.12.2019 executed in favour of the complainant for handing over to the complainant.

The complainant himself files an application seeking withdrawal of the case on the ground stated therein. The aforesaid documents are handed over in Open Court to the complainant against receipt.

The application for withdrawal of the case is taken up for hearing. It is submitted by the complainant that he does not want to proceed with the case since his claim as made out in the petition of complaint has fully been satisfied. It is the complainant who filed the case seeking relief and it is his prerogative that he can back out at any stage of the proceeding. Therefore, the prayer of the complainant should receive a note of approval.

Hence, it is ordered, that the case be and the same is disposed off as withdrawn. There will be no order as to cost.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
