Heard ld. lawyer of complainant and perused the documents. One Amiya Kr. Chowdhury, since deceased, has sole proprietor of M/s A. Chowdhury & Co. and obtained a loan under cash credit facility from o.p. After demise of said Amiya Kr. Chowdhury, complainant has approached o.p. to issue original title deed and o.p. has replied to the complainant that complainant is required to submit the succession certificate of the deceased to bank to enable them to release the original title deed mortgaged with the bank. O.p. has asked the document as per usual banking norms. So, we find no deficiency in service on the part of o.p. and as such, the complaint is rejected.
