The complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is entitled to Rs.25,493/- along with interest at 10% per annum from the date of notice till realization of the same from the opponent . The complainant is also entitled for compensation o Rs.5,000/- from the opponent and also Rs.2,000/- being the cost of the proceedings.
