JUDGEMENT

The  curx of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps    for  non refund of recharge price a sum of Rs. 244/- along with compensation towards  mental agony  for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant. 

On being noticed the O.P appeared through their learned counsel Sri Tapan Kumar Harichandan     &   vehemently advanced arguments touching the points both on the facts  as well as on  law.

 

The complainant  personally present  and submitted the  memo  to close the case against the O.Ps as his dispute already  mitigated  among the parties and  the complainant has received  compensation amount from the O.Ps  with his full and final settlement. So he prayed  to drop the case against the O.Ps

Hence considering  the memo of the complainant praying not to further proceed  in the above case,  the memo is allowed.

Heard from the parties.  Perused the record.  Accordingly the case is closed.
