Heard.  Since no cause of action has been taken place within the jurisdiction of this Forum the above complaint stands returned to complainant for want of jurisdiction with liberty to file the same before the proper Forum for adjudication of the matter.  Complainant can claim the benefit of Section 14 of the limitation Act to exclude the period spent in prosecuting the proceeding under Consumer Protection Act while computing the period of limitation.
