Order dt.12/11/2016.

                        Case put up today before the National Lok Adalat held at CDR Forum, Rayagada. The complainant and the OP present in the Forum. The complainant filed a memo/petition stating therein that  he has already received the amount of Rs.2,00,000/-lakhs from the authorities of the OP and it was deposited  in his own account No.544210510002744.Hence, he prays to drop the case. He also deposited fine amount of Rs.500/- as ordered by the Forum.

                        In the above circumstances the Ops are directed to vacate the holding order of his account and allow the complainant to  withdraw the amount. Accordingly the case is disposed . Supply the copy order to the parties as per the provision of C.P.Act.
