The case is posted today for admission. The Complainant is absent & the Advocate for Complainant is present and files a wage slip of May-2016, in which column-16 shows PF deducted as Rs.1,207/- (Rupees One thousand two hundred seven) only. Heard, perused the case record. The Complainant prays for release of regular pension as well as outstanding pension with interest in favour of him along with compensation and litigation cost in the complaint petition. It is submitted that it is EPF pension, but he failed to show how pension is related to EPF or PF. Nothing has been clearly shows that how the pension of the Complainant is related to EPF or PF. So, in such ambiguity, it cannot be said that the Complainant is a Consumer under the O.Ps and hence, the Complainant is not found to be a Consumer. Thus, the case of the Complainant is liable to be rejected and rejected accordingly.
