Advocate for the Petitioner is present. O.P No. 1 is present and files extract of ledger of A/C held by Complainant duly certified by him which exhibits   credit of Rs. 20,000/- in the Accounts. Complainant has filed a memo to the effect that he received Rs. 20,000/- (disputed) amount & he does not want to proceed further in this case. When he has already received the disputed amount, there is not need to keep this proceedings pending. Hence, this case is disposed of as withdrawn.
