The Complainant himself present through his advocate.

Received D.D  No-002827 dated 10/08/2023 for Rs-2,94,230/- from O.P/bank drawn on bank of India, Bankura Branch in favour of complainant towards the satisfaction of the claim amount in term of interim order no-02 dated 12/05/2023 passed by this commission in C.C no-40/2023.

D.D be handed over to the complainant on proper receipt and identification.

Hence it is ordered.

The case is disposed of on full settlement and satisfaction.

Both parties be supplied copy served free of cost.
