          Both the parties are present. Today is fixed for compliance. O.P. Nos. 2 and 3 has filed the cheque on Deutsche Bank amounting to Rs. 5,04,411/- being cheque No. 540841 dated 13.02.2023 in favour of the complainant – Rekesh Karmakar. The complainant is present along with his ID proof is submitted. Let it be kept with the record.

          The complainant files a petition with a prayer to accept the cheque being No. 540841 issued by the O.P. Nos. 2 and 3 dated 13.02.2023. The prayer is considered and allowed.

          The complainant is hereby permitted to withdraw the cheque as mentioned above to withdraw the amount. Money receipt has been filed by the complainant to that effect.

          Hence the case is disposed of on full satisfaction.
