The complainant and O.P. jointly files a petition to compromise the case on the ground that they have already settled their dispute and close the case . The cost amount awarding earlier for early disposal and adjournment of the case is waived as the parties already settled their dispute no result will come out lingering the case for cost . Hence the case is closed in view of compromise .
