Today is fixed for admission hearing.

None appears on behalf of the complainant.

It appears from the petition of complaint that complainant’s grievance revolves about cash credit transaction which is commercial in nature. That apart, it was mentioned therein that the original documents relating to the aforesaid transactions would be provided at the time of hearing, but due to absence of the complainant, those documents have not come.

In view of the nature of the case and the absence of the complainant on the date fixed for hearing on the admissibility point, we hold a view that the case is not fit for admission.

Hence it is ordered that the case is dismissed without being admitted.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
