                Perused The Case Record. On Perusal Of The Record It Appears That For The First Time The Case Was Fixed For Filing Evidence On 19.11.2019 Since Then The Complainant Has Failed To File Evidence On Affidavit Up Till Now. The Complainant Has Also Failed To File Show Cause As Directed By The Order No.17 Dt. 23.04.2021. So, Considering The Conduct Of The Complainant We Opined That The Complainant Is Not Interested To Proceed With The Case.

                Hence It Is,
