Perused. Considered.

On a close perusal of the materials on record, this Commission is not at all impressed relating to the case placed by the complainant before this Commission. Rather it can be safe that prima facie no material is forthcoming for further proceeding.

Mere allegation is not a proof.

It should even the duty of the complainant to proof the case atleast prima facie and on that score complainant has failed completely.

Thus, the instant case stands rejected.
