                                         It is stated in the petition that the matter between both the Parties has been amicably settled outside of this Commission, for which the complainant does not want to proceed with this case further & wants to withdraw the same. The complainant is the master of his own case. When he wants to withdraw the case, this Commission feels it proper to allow the petition for withdrawal of the case.

                                         Accordingly, the present case is disposed of as withdrawn. The withdrawal petition dt.11.12.24 filed by Advocate for the complainant is also disposed of.
