This complaint is coming on this day for orders in the presence of Sri.B.Gafoor Miah, Advocate for petitioner and Sri.S.Iqbal Basha, Advocate for opposite party and upon perusing the material papers on record, the Forum made the following.

The counsel for petitioner/complainant filed Full satisfaction memo stating that the complainant received an amount of Rs.87,500/- (Rupees Eight Seven Thousand Five hundred only) under the Cheque bearing No.942486 dated 29.01.2016 in view of the memo.  F.S. Recorded.  P.P. is closed.  The opposite party/Respondent counsel filed memo for recall NBWs.  In view of the F.S. Memo it is ordered to recall NBWs if any pending against respondent.
