               The petitioner/ Dhr. files hajira through Ld. Lawyer. The petitioner/ Dhr. Afsar Sya is also present in person. He files a petition seeking permission to withdraw the cheque no.027148 dt. 11/08/2015 for Rs.13,37,133/- and for dispossal of this case. The petition is shown to the Ld. Lawyer for O.P./Jdr. viz Sri.Hirak Barman. Heard submission of the Ld. Lawyers of both sides and the Dhr. in person. Perused order no.24 dt. 30/07/2015. Considered. We find that HDFC bank has sent the aforesaid cheque in the name of petitioner/ Dhr. MD.AFSAR SYA in compliance with order no.24 dt.30/07/2015 passed by this Forum. We allow on the prayer of the Dhr. namely Afsar Sya. Let the cheque be handed over to the petitioner/ Dhr. Afsar Sya on proper receipt and on his proper identification by his Ld. Lawyer Sri. Rishin Charkraborty after keeping xerox copy of the same. Documents filed by the petitioner/ Dhr. today viz copies of his PAN card, Aadhar Card and Voter Card be kept with this record. In the above circumstances the case should be disposed off.

       Hence, it is

O R D E R E D

       that this execution Case stands disposed off on full satisfaction.

       Let  plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost forthwith.
