Today is fixed for exparte hearing.

No step is taken by the Complainant.  It is now 12-35 P.M. on repeated calls neither the Complainant nor anybody on behalf of the Complainant is found present.

Perused the materials on record it appears that Complainant is found absent without taking any step in this case since 02-11-2015.

In view of the above facts & circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, this complaint is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

                                                                Ordered

That the Complaint Case no.74 of 2015 be and same is hereby dismissed for default but without cost.
