The case is put up today on the strength of record call for petition filed by the Advocate for Complainant along with withdrawal petition, xerox copy of Bank cheque and Aadhar card. Both the Complainant and his Advocate are present. The Advocate for all O.Ps are present and received the copies without any objection. As there was an amicable settlement between both the Parties outside the Forum, the Complainant does not want to proceed with this case further. However, for interest of justice, the withdrawal petition is allowed since the withdrawal is voluntary in nature. Hence, it is accepted and the case is disposed of being withdrawn.
