Advocate for complainant has field advancement application to take up the case on todays’s board. Hence case is taken on today’s board. Both counsels have filed a joint compromise petition agreeing and settling their dispute between the complainant and Op-2 for Rs.5,20,000/- as a full and final settlement of their claim. The complainant present and agreed for settlement of her case for Rs.5,20,000/- and OP-2  is also ready to pay the said agreed amount of Rs.5,20,000/- to complainant. Hence in view of their joint petition the matter is settled out of court for Rs.5,20,000/-.

  Hence the complaint is disposed off as against Op-2 in terms of their joint peition and case against Op-1 is dismissed.
