            Today is fixed for filing E/chief by the complainants.

            Neither the complainants nor their Advocate is present on repeated call. There is no prayer on the part of the complainants for extension of time to file WV. Ld. Advocate for the OP is present and she files a letter dated 30.03.2021. On perusal of the said letter, it appears that the complainants received original title deed, agreement for sale, money receipts, property tax receipt, mortgage letter dated  27.09.2012, possession letter dated 10.10.2012, copy of sanctioned plan with an undertaking to withdraw the instant case. True is that the complainants filed the instant case directing the OP to return the original title deed along with other related documents and the OP Bank has already returned the original title deed along with its related documents to the complainants on 29.03.2021. Thus, the instant consumer complaint is in fractious. Moreover, the complainant vide letter dated 30.03.2021 addressed to the OP Bank undertake to withdraw the instant case.

 In view of the above aspect, we are inclined to dismiss the complaint.

Hence,

Ordered

That the consumer case is dismissed without any cost.
