    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to refund

 

 

a sum of Rs.94,875/- with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- towards mental agony and sufferings and to pay cost of the complaint.

         The complainant is represented through counsel, as settled out of Forum. 

        At 12.00 Noon.

 The counsel for the complainant appeared and made an endorsement.   Hence as per the endorsement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.   No cost.
