Mukesh Kumar vs. BM AXIS Bank.

 

Present:  Complainant with Sh.Dinesh Raghav, Adv.

 

                                     Today the case is fixed for arguments on the point of admission of the complaint, however, complainant suffered his statement to withdraw the present complaint, due to some technical defect with the rider to file a fresh complaint, after removing the technical defect.

                                     Keeping in view the statement suffered by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action, after removing the technical defect, if advised so. Original of documents Ex.C.2 to Ex.C.8 returned to the complainant, after retaining the photocopy of the same on record. File be consigned to the records.
