Complainant and counsel are called out absent.  Opposite party counsel opposed any more adjournment for filing affidavit of complainant.  On perusal of the order sheet it is noticed that this case was stands posted on 06.04.2021 for filing affidavit of complainant, since then till today in spite of lapse of more than 1 year 3 months  the complainant does not turned up and not shown any interest to prosecute the case by filing affidavit.   Today this case is posted for affidavit of complainant even then complainant not present and not filed affidavit in spite of ample opportunities were given its shows that the complainant is not interested to prosecute the case against opposite party and in view of non filing of affidavit on behalf of complainant, the complainant has no case at all.  Therefore the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non-prosecution.
